Let us not legalise the American Scam

Here in the US (I live in San Jose, California.) there are a lot of Indians who are Amway distributors chasing the dream of becoming millionaires. I sent your article to few of them and their reaction was, “Oh God, why didn’t I think like this before?”

v As rightly said by the Great Indian Spritual Revolutionary Swamy Vivekananda –

But we give a call –

“Arise, Awake… Police Officials, Administrators…. Implement Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 in toto”

So only Hon’ble High Court of Madras in

its Judgment clearly opined :-

“that all Multi-Level Marketing are illegal.

It further says “It is for the Director General of Police and Other Law Enforcing authorities to have a watchful eye on all such activities and to take timely action as and when it is called for”

Our main strategy is totally dependent on you – my brothers and sisters. So we request you to join hands and spread this message that MLM are illegal and they are leading us to economic slavery. Inform this to every known person and thus save India and Universe from this Economic slavery and prove that We are all one. –

“VASU DIKA KUTUMBAM (World is one family)” and we also want ‘SARVO JANA SUKINO BHAVANTHU’.

We request Hon’ble (Retd) Judges of Supreme Court, High court, Lawyers, Administrators… not to give any type of opinion saying that MLM is legal. If you do so then you are cheating your own country and creating confusion among our law enforcement officials and thereby render many of our own people to die with the humiliation of economical slavery. (Sec.2(c) of Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 clearly bans these schemes).

We also request the journalists of all Medium to herald about this message and give your support in this war.
